i'm gonna tell you a story
the saddest tale you'll ever hear this year.
you have to promise not to cry
it's about a boy who went on a trip
a boat trip, and never came back.
all the whales screamed his name
the jellyfish would moan again and again
and even so no corpse was found
only a poem, inside a paperboat
thrown on his bed the day he's left.
on it, a tale was handwritten
about another boy, who went on another trip
and, also, never came back to tell his story.
